Beautifully made heart

This purchase is a gift for my daughter who is doing well With modern meds after heart failure. She uses the authentic heart icons on line when messaging, has a tattoo of a heart. My plan is to give her this heart and chain for Christmas. I hope she finds it as nice as I did when it arrived.
