Shipping policy

Shipping Process: 

The following applies to our sterling silver, gold plated, brass, and stainless steel pieces. Please view the Fine Jewelry section of our Help Center for information on purchasing our made to order pieces.

  • Jewelry, please see the Fine Jewelry section of our Help Center.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking details.

  • Orders are shipped within 1–2 full business days.

  • Expedited shipping orders are prioritized, but still subject to the 1–2 business day processing time.

  • If your package tracking has not updated within two (2) weeks, you are eligible to file a shipping claim through us. Please contact our Customer Care Team to begin the process. Once the required form is completed, we will issue either a replacement order or a full refund. We are committed to helping resolve these issues quickly and making it right for you!

  • Domestic orders over $500 are automatically upgraded to UPS Ground with signature required upon delivery and insurance coverage. It is the responsibly of the customer to sign for delivery. If the package is not signed for upon delivery and it is returned to us or if the package is returned to sender due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, the following will be deducted from the final refund amount: All original shipping fees, UPS return shipping fees, shipping insurance fees. If you wish to have the order reshipped, an additional invoice for shipping and insurance fees will be issued. The order will be resent once payment is received. For transparency, our Customer Care Team can provide copies of shipping and insurance receipts upon request.

Transit Times:

Ship times are calculated by the shipping carriers and are only estimates. Please be aware that USPS is experiencing delivery delays and all orders placed using USPS First Class are subject to additional transit time. Little Rooms is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier.

Verifying Your Shipping Address:

We ship all orders to the shipping address provided to us by the customer. Once you receive your order confirmation email, please check that your shipping address is correct as Little Rooms is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. Little Rooms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.

If the shipping carrier notifies us that an shipping address could be incorrect, we will email you for confirmation. We will wait an additional 2 business days before shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.
