Refund policy

The following Return Policy applies to our sterling silver, gold plated, brass, and stainless steel pieces. Please view the Fine Jewelry section of our Help Center for information and policies regarding purchasing our made-to-order pieces.

  • Eligibility: We accept domestic returns initiated within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

  • Shipping & Fees:

    • All return shipments must be created through our Return & Exchange Portal using the USPS label provided. We do not accept returns sent by any other carrier or label.

    • All shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. For domestic orders, the original shipping costs plus a return shipping fee of $4.50 will be deducted.

    • If multiple requests from a single order are submitted separately, multiple USPS labels (each with a $4.50 fee) will be generated. To avoid extra fees, all return and exchange requests for the same order should be submitted together.

    • Please note: Domestic orders over $500 where more than half of the order is returned may be subject to additional shipping, insurance, or restocking fees to cover costs incurred by Little Rooms. For more details, please see the Shipping Policy section of our Help Center regarding high-value domestic orders.
  • Receipt of Return:

    • An RMA package must be received by us in order to be processed. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for packages that were never scanned in by USPS. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued for packages that have not been delivered to us.

    • We strongly advise obtaining a receipt from USPS as proof that your RMA was accepted into their system.

  • Timing: Returns must be mailed within 7 days of receiving your USPS return shipping label. Packages mailed after this period will not be accepted.

  • Condition of Items:

    • All returned items undergo quality control inspection before being restocked. Worn items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • All jewelry must be in their original packaging (jewelry boxes, cards, pouches, etc) to prevent any damage during transit.

    • If an item is returned damaged, worn, and/or improperly packaged, a repair fee of 15% will be deducted from your final refund amount, your exchange, or final store credit amount.
  • Promotions: Orders that qualified for a promotion and are partially returned will have the original promotional terms factored into the refund calculation. Please see the Promotions section of our Help Center for more information.

  • Defects: If you believe you received an item with a manufacturing defect, contact our Customer Care Teamwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description.

  • Exclusions:

    • International orders are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Little Rooms is not responsible for damage caused by wear and reserves the right to decline unreasonable return requests.

    • Little Rooms monitors account activity and may refuse transactions or close accounts based on order or return behavior.

Return Processing:

All returned items go through a quality control process for a return to be issued. If the order is returned damaged, worn, and/or improperly packaged, a repair fee of 15% will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Store credit returns are processed within 14 days of your return or exchange item(s) being received and quality controlled by our team.

Once we have processed your return, please allow an additional 7-10 business days for your payment provider to process your refund back to your original payment method.

    • If an item is returned damaged, worn, and/or improperly packaged, a repair fee of 15% will be deducted from your final refund amount, your exchange, or final store credit amount.
  • Exchange Limitations:

    • Each order is eligible for one (1) complimentary exchange with free shipping.

    • Any subsequent returns or exchanges on an item that has already been exchanged will incur shipping costs. For returns, these costs will be deducted from the refund. For further exchanges, shipping will be invoiced to the customer before the exchange can be issued.

  • Exclusions:

    • Exchanges are not available for international orders.

    • Little Rooms is not responsible for damage caused by wear and reserves the right to decline unreasonable requests.

    • Little Rooms monitors account activity and may refuse transactions or close accounts based on order or return behavior. Accounts that demonstrate unusually high return or exchange activity may be automatically limited to store credit only for future returns. In these cases, exchanges and refunds to the original payment method will no longer be available.

Store credit returns are also processed within 14 days of your return or exchange item(s) being received and quality controlled by our team.

Cancelations:

Please note that orders cannot be modified, edited, or canceled once being placed.
