The symbol of two intertwined snakes is related to other serpent symbols of fertility, rebirth, transformation, wisdom and healing. In Greek mythology Hermes was given a winged staff with two snakes winding around it by Apollo. It later became a Roman symbol for truce, neutrality, and noncombatant status.

Purchased this darkly attractive charm to commemorate my 29th wedding anniversary last week ❤️🖤❤️🖤Have been looking for a simple but meaningful piece of jewelry that shows how I feel about the beautiful relationship my husband and I have worked towards together and our commitment to each other.
