Alligators are more closely related to dinosaurs than to other modern reptiles. The species, scientists say, is more than 150 million years old and managed to avoid extinction 65 million years ago when the dinosaur died off. They have gone through very little evolutionary change since then. Alligators are a rare success story of an endangered animal not only saved from extinction but now thriving. Buyer beware!

I wish I knew before I ordered that I’d no longer be getting anything done on time. I’m too busy looking at this gorgeous piece, staring at my hands all the time. Going to stand in the yard just to admire it in bright sunshine, placing it on the windowsill so I can see it while I wash dishes. My house looks like a tornado went through, but my finger is beautiful :) 10/10 for quality! I work with yarn and the stone settings aren’t prongs that catch at all, very smooth and the ring itself is pretty thick. Love it!

Alligator, o alligator

One of the authors I follow on social media said she got her jewelry from LR, so I checked it out. The first ring I bought was the alligator ring. The shipping took only 2 days and the quality is really nice, not cheap-looking at all. I got this ring in gold, which is wonderful, but actually it's my 2nd purchase (sterling silver) that BLEW me away. I'm thinking of buying this alligator ring again, in silver :D
