Customer Service
Our Customer Care Team can be contacted by emailing shop@littlerooms.com. All customer service inquiries must be made via email. Information regarding Ordering, Shipping, Returns, Exchanges, Sizing, Jewelry Care, and Restocks can be found in the tabs below. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days to receive a Customer Service reply. Our Customer Care Team is unable to give specific dates regarding restocks or re-releases. You can sign up to receive a restock notification on the respective product page by selecting the “Notify Me When it’s Back” button.
Ordering
Order Processing: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending credit verification. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. Please note that orders cannot be modified, edited, or canceled once being placed.
Gift Orders: If the order you are purchasing is a gift intended to be delivered directly to the recipient, please select the gift indicator box located at the bottom of your shopping cart. Doing so will let us know to omit the invoice and include a gift receipt.
Please note that orders marked as a gift at checkout will have each item put in a separate jewelry box. Orders that are not marked as a gift at checkout will have the jewelry consolidated into as few jewelry boxes as possible.
Promotions & Price Adjustments: Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined.

Please be aware that USPS is experiencing delivery delays and all orders placed using USPS First Class are subject to additional transit time. Little Rooms is not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping carrier.
Verifying Your Shipping Address: We ship all orders to the shipping address provided to us by the customer. Once you receive your order confirmation email, please check that your shipping address is correct as Little Rooms is not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address that was inputted by the customer at checkout. We are unable to reship or refund orders that were sent to an improperly inputted address unless the package is forwarded back to us by the postal carrier. Little Rooms is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to use a trusted shipping address when ordering.
If the shipping carrier notifies us that an shipping address could be incorrect, we will email you for confirmation. We will wait an additional 2 business days before shipping your order to the address provided at checkout.

Returns
Return Policy: We accept domestic returns initiated within seven (7) days of delivery of your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and original packaging. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount of all returns. For domestic orders, the original shipping costs plus $3.50 will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please note that all international orders are final sale. Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return.

Exchange Policy: Exchange requests are processed in the form of store credit so you are able to select your preferred size or item. Please email our Customer Care Team to initiate an exchange request within seven (7) days of delivery of your order. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your return shipping label to be eligible for a store credit. Items shipped outside of this 7 day window will not be accepted. We are unable to offer exchanges on International Orders.

International Orders
Tracking International Orders: If you have selected for your order to be shipped via USPS, please note that the United States Postal Service’s website does not continue to track orders once the package has reached the destination country. USPS gives the package to the local mail carrier in your country to notify you of any customs fees and complete your delivery. Once the USPS tracking site notes that your order has arrived in your country, you can then use your original tracking number on your local carrier’s website to continue tracking your order (ie. Royal Mail, Australia Post, Deutsche Post, etc.)
Customs: Duties and Taxes are not included in the total at checkout. These additional fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and require payment by the recipient at delivery. Little Rooms is not responsible for the payment of any duty and import taxes incurred on an order. Payment of duty and import taxes is the sole responsibility of the recipient. If shipment is refused, we will refund you for the value of the order excluding the shipping amount. In such a case, the refund cannot be processed until the order has been returned to us by the shipping carrier. Please note that all international orders are final sale.

Materials
Our current selection of jewelry includes .925 Sterling Silver, Brass, and Stainless Steel items. We use nickel-free 18K Yellow Gold Plating and Rhodium Plating on our Sterling Silver and Brass items. You can find all materials listed under the Product Details tab of any product page.
Sizing
Rings: All Little Rooms rings are standard US ring sizes. We advise that you have your ring sized by a professional jeweler before ordering jewelry online. Ring size is a very personal thing, some people prefer a snug fit while others prefer a looser fit. Please note that wider ring bands can sometimes fit more tightly.
Available ring sizes are listed on each product page. We do not offer custom ring sizes or half sizes on our .925 Sterling Silver or Brass rings at this time.
Bracelets: All of our chain bracelets are approximately 6.25in length with an additional 1.75in extension chain attached. Our cuff bracelets are available in sizes S/M or M/L measuring 6.5in and 7.5in respectively.
Necklaces: Chain lengths listed on all necklaces only reflect the length of the chain and not the additional dimensions of any design elements. Most of our current necklace selection has an additional 2in pf chain extension for easy adjustability.
Chain Length: We offer Chain Extenders in hypoallergenic Stainless Steel with an 18K Yellow Gold Plated option. Our Chain Extenders are available in 2in or 4in and can be attached to any necklace, bracelet, or anklet to provide additional length.

Jewelry Care
Always remove your jewelry when bathing, swimming, exercising, washing your hands, or applying skin products. Please do not submerge your jewelry in water. Tap water contains chlorine which is a chemical that can corrode jewelry. Hand sanitizer contains high levels of alcohol which can strip plating and enamel. Avoid exposure to household cleaning products and chemicals. Taking your jewelry off before bed helps prevent tangles, scratches, and bends. When getting dressed, always put your jewelry on last to avoid snags. Keep your jewelry safely stored in a soft pouch or a lined jewelry box. Please be aware that all gold plating requires proper care and can naturally fade over time. Using jewelry cleaning products with your Little Rooms jewelry may cause the piece to lose its lovely antiqued look.
Restocks
There is a signup form available on each product page to receive an email notification when a product has been restocked. Items shown on our previous social media posts that are not currently listed on our site have been discontinued for the time being. We sometimes re-release discontinued products due to popular demand, so not all hope is lost! Please note that Customer Service is unable to give specific dates regarding restocks or re-releases. Information regarding re-releases are announced via our social media and/or newsletter.
